Kate
Kate works behind the scenes of Russell Martin handling our marketing and accounting. Like Sam, she grew up learning about carpet and rugs. Before joining Russell Martin, Kate worked as a television producer in Iowa and Florida and decided to come back to Naperville 5 years ago to work with the family. Kate is a certified carpet cleaner and VAST Customer Service Specialist. When not working on our newest advertisements, Kate can be found at home with her young son and husband.

Rebecca
Rebecca came to join our showroom team with a degree in interior architecture, with an emphasis in design, from Northern Illinois University. After working here for 3 years, she is currently our showroom manager in charge of selecting new and exciting styles of carpet and rugs for display in our ever changing showroom. When not working hard on helping clients design their perfect room, she can be found riding and showing her two horses, Francis and Rhett. Rebecca’s love for horses has also transferred over into teaching young children to ride.

Maureen
Maureen is the most recent addition to Russell Martin’s showroom team. Maureen comes to us after working in design, customer service and sales. She has an incredible visual memory which transfers over into being able to pick just the right piece our clients various needs.

Rhonda
If you have ever called Russell Martin, you have probably spoken with Rhonda. She is not just the voice on the other end of the phone; she is also certified in carpet, upholstery and water restoration cleaning. Rhonda volunteers her time twice a year to be an adult leader for Kendall County Operation Snowball. The organization works to give teens positive choices in a world full of negative options during bi-annual weekend long retreats.
